Nice Montreal Street Art/ Graffitis
As I was biking the other day, I passed next to thoses very nice looking graffitis and wanted to share them with you.
They were done at a place where the graffitis always change because people can practice there.
I found them very interesting, not only because how nice they were, but also because some of them had a very strong political message. It’s very actual of the current political climate, in Quebec.
I’ve always enjoyed street art and it’s graffitis. I like them when they’re well done and like it when they incorporate drawings. I can like “tags” too, but they’re not my favorites. Alhtought there are some very nice tags out there, they are by far my favorite genre of graffiti. But Olivier really loves them a lot! :p Eh! To each their own.
I’ve done murals before, but I never tried out graffiti. The fact that the paint used is so toxic kind of scares me a little. But I’d love to try it, one day. Just to see what I can do with it and because it will certainly open me up to a whole new world.
Ah, another thing to try out! :p
If you would like to see more street art from my city, there is a very nice group on Flickr that you should really check out.
